Job Description:Ready to join one of our Graduate Programmes in Spain?AIRBUS offers more than 80 vacancies for our full-time graduate programme in Spain - DISCOVER II 2024 / 2025 - Starting date October 2024.We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.We are:A digital society looking for people who are comfortable in technical environments.A business with many different interests and activities that require many unique skills.A dynamic business in transition to a hybrid model both in thought and in processes.Navigating this reality requires people who want to start their professional career in the aeronautical sector, combining effective and sustainable technical and personal skills to contribute to our challenges and achieve our goals.What does this internship consist of?Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to develop as professionals of the future.You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today.It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.The start of the internship will be in early October 2024, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes).
It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.Job description:The activities included in this internship are related to Human Resources Business Partner activities.
Focus on:Support HR Team in daily administrative tasks related to payroll, time management, social security, medical services, people wellbeing, and development.Support recruitment processes as HRBP.Shopfloor adherence and support from an HR view.Improvement of process.Onboarding phase for employees in the plant.The candidate for this position will participate in the people management tasks and will participate in innovation and improvement projects.As part of the activities that will be carried out:Participation in Welcome Day (monthly) for newcomers.Reporting and upskilling of data management.Lean Manufacturing learning (SQCDP).Opportunities:Shopfloor environment development.Participate in activities and transversal and international projects.Take part in multi-functional teams collaborating with several departments in Airbus.Your Profile:Recently graduated/Master students: Studies in human resources, economics, business or related.Digital skills (advanced level of MS Office - focus on Excel, Advanced Google Suite knowledge).English and Spanish: negotiation level - Ability to work in complex and international environments.Willingness to learn SAP and WorkDay.Team spirit and great collaboration skills.Strong communication skills, proactivity, motivation, and flexibility.Why should you apply?Foster your professional development with a strong academic background and in-depth collaboration in AIRBUS projects.Develop yourself in an Industrial Environment.Expand your network within the aeronautical industry.Meet our people working with passion and determination to make the world a more connected, safer, and smarter place.Be part of our diversity and teamwork culture that propels us to accomplish the extraordinary - on the ground, in the sky, and in space.Are you interested?
