.Due to the continuous growth of our New Development business, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Barcelona as a New Developments Analyst .In this key role, you will support the ND Commercial team by conducting market analysis and optimizing projects through comprehensive statistics, financial projections, and detailed reports. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data and generating reliable information to facilitate informed decision-making within the company.Join us today and be part of one of Spain's top real estate agencies, where your success is guaranteedMain Responsibilities:- Market and Target Analysis: Conduct market studies and target analysis for new real estate projects.- Project Optimization: Analyze and optimize real estate projects, including reviewing and improving floor plans.- Report and Statistics Generation: Develop reports and statistics using internal and external data, and present the results clearly and concisely.- Financial Projections: Build financial projections and analyze different pricing options to ensure project profitability.- Plan Optimization: Use tools like AutoCAD for plan optimization and project design, considering both technical and urban planning perspectives.- Creating Presentations: Create professional and detailed presentations for a demanding audience, highlighting findings and recommendations based on detailed analyses.RequirementsRequirements:- Academic Background: University degree in a relevant discipline (architecture, engineering, finance, real estate, etc.).- Technical Skills: Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools for creating and modifying plans.- Financial Knowledge: Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of Power BI is a plus- Languages: Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.- Presentation Skills: Ability to create effective and professional presentations.Technical-Financial Profile: Preferably a technical-financial profile with experience in engineering or a technical background.- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical and financial information clearly.- Interest in the Sector: A genuine interest in real estate asset management.Desired Competencies:- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on the analysis.- Results Orientation: Focus on achieving results and optimizing projects to maximize profitability.- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.We offer a permanent contract for a full-time position with an attractive compensation package.You will be a vital part of an ever-growing business and be able to leave your mark and contribute to the development of amazing people and teams
