Desde Setesca estamos buscando incorporar un/a DEVELOPMENT QUALITY MANAGER para incorporarse directamente en plantilla de una importante empresa multinacional del sector del automóvil.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Planificar el Aseguramiento de la Calidad de Desarrollo para cada proyecto a su cargo.
- Asegurar el logro de los objetivos de Calidad de Desarrollo.
- Aplicar el proceso de Aseguramiento de la Calidad de Desarrollo.
- Monitorear el estado de calidad del proyecto, incluyendo Análisis de Brechas, Madurez del Lanzamiento y Madurez de los Productos de Trabajo.
- Entrenar al equipo de desarrollo en procesos, procedimientos, métodos y herramientas.
- Liderar las actividades de evaluación ASPICE.
- Participación activa en auditorías de I+D, evaluaciones y reuniones con clientes.

Requisitos mínimos

**Imprescindible**:

- Título universitario en Ingeniería Electrónica, Ciencias de la Computación o Telecomunicaciones.
- Experiência en gestión de procesos de Aseguramiento de Calidad.
- Experiência en Sistemas Automotrices y Desarrollo de Ingeniería.
- Certificación ASPICE (intacs Provisional Assessor) será un plus.
- Herramientas de gestión de métricas, como Jenkins.
- Inglés fluido (escrito y hablado).

**Se valora**:

- Herramientas de gestión de requisitos, como DOORS.
- Herramientas de Ingeniería de Software, como SVN, GIT.
- Seguimiento de incidencias (JIRA).
- Otros idiomas: Francés, Alemán.
