We are selecting a Site Supervisor Maintenance for our location in Zaragoza.The objective will be to coordinate and supervise the commissioning, local operation, and maintenance work at the Jiloca Cluster facilities.The selected person must lead proposals for technical, safety, and management improvements at the facility, being a reference for contractors and the organization, from their position in the field.Responsibilities:Ensure the correct execution in time and quality of OM tasks.Achieve the highest standards in terms of energy-economic availability of the facilities under your responsibility.Propose and/or analyze technical and design improvements of the facilities under your responsibility.Collaborate in defining best practices in executing OM tasks.Ensure compliance with Repsol Generación Baja en Carbono's Safety and Health, Quality, and Environment requirements.Lead, together with the Engineering and Construction area, the commissioning and transfer of facilities to the operational phase.Requirements:Academic Training: Engineering Degree / Vocational Training.Additional Training: Deep technical knowledge of the operation and maintenance of wind farms (aerodynamics, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic disciplines).Languages: Minimum B2 level in English.Experience: 3-7 years in managing the operation and maintenance of wind farms.
Experience in the commissioning of wind farms.Competencies: Communication and negotiation skills, leadership, analytical skills, and decision-making ability in complex environments.
