.Vi söker Fysioterapeut till ett spännande projekt inom cancervård på Kirurg- och Onkologkliniken, Capio S:T Görans sjukhus.Vill du vara med och utveckla en individanpassad pre- och rehabilitering för våra cancerpatienter? Vi på Kirurg- och Onkologkliniken på Capio S:T Görans sjukhus startar nu ett spännande projekt som syftar till att skapa en jämlik rehabilitering i samband med cancerbehandling. Nu söker vi en fysioterapeut som tillsammans med oss vill vara med och driva detta initiativ framåt.Capio S:T Görans SjukhusCapio S:T Görans sjukhus är Sveriges tredje största akutsjukhus och en stor aktör när det gäller cancervård och akademisk kompetens. Du arbetar i händelsernas centrum, på ett "lagom" stort sjukhus med stark vi-känsla, cirka 2 500 stolta medarbetare och nöjda patienter. Vi vill alltid utvecklas, ge en bättre och effektivare vård till patienterna men också ta hand om dig, ta tillvara dina idéer, din kompetens och hjälpa dig att utvecklas.Om rollenSom fysioterapeut är du direkt underställd Vårdenhetschef och kommer att spela en central roll i att utforma och utveckla arbetssätt som ger våra patienter den bästa möjliga vården. Tillsammans med ett engagerat team av Kontaktsjuksköterskor, läkare och Chefer kommer ni att:Utforma och implementera struktur: I uppdraget ingår att utveckla och sätta en tydlig struktur för klinikens arbete i pre- och rehabiliteringsprocessen. Detta innebär bland annat att identifiera effektiva arbetssätt och insatser som integreras i patientens övergripande vårdplan.Individanpassad vård: Utforma arbetssätt för att möjliggöra en tidig individanpassad rehabiliteringsplan, skräddarsydd för varje enskild patients fysiska och psykiska behov under och efter cancerbehandlingen.Rehabiliteringsgrupper: I uppdraget ingår att utforma nya och utöka befintliga rehabiliteringsgrupper, både fysisk rehabilitering och psykosocial, inom samtliga cancerflöden.Utvärdera och förbättra: Ni kommer att vara delaktig i att kontinuerligt utvärdera resultaten av rehabiliteringen och bidra till att förbättra och anpassa våra arbetssätt för bästa resultat.Vi söker dig somVi söker dig som är legitimerad och erfaren fysioterapeut med ett stort engagemang för att göra skillnad i cancerpatienters liv. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med cancerpatienter och rehabiliteringsplaner. Du är en van ledare som kan engagera och motivera patienter så väl som dina kollegor. Dokumenterat ledarskap är meriterande.
