With an average age of 32, we are encouraged to channel our curiosity and innovative thinking into projects.Now, we are looking for a Supply Chain Project Engineer to join our office in Madrid. As an employee of IPS, you will actively participate in a wide range of projects in an Industrial environment. The management of each project can include multiple phases and/or specializations:Strategic Consulting: project master planning, conceptual engineering.Project feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall time schedule, procurement strategy, financial plan.Project preparation phase: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing, and procurement.Project realization phase: project management; detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning management, operational management.What is the role about?As a Supply Chain Project Engineer, you will be involved in:Supply chain projects, project management, assistance in Business Development, Digitalization projects, link with other Projects of Food Industry, Life Sciences, Chemical, Primary or Buildings.Simulation projects for operational and logistics purposes.Study, analysis, and optimization of the supply chain for clients.Analysis, conceptual design, procurement, and supervision in warehousing implementation with all the technologies involved.Digital audit to analyze operational problems in factories and design a strategy to reduce them.RequirementsBachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any other related field.Master's degree in Supply Chain is a Plus.1 to 5 years of experience in Supply chain and logistics CAPEX projects.Experience or knowledge in Simulation modeling, using FlexSim or Anylogic is a plus.Fluency in English; French is a Plus.Open to Mobility according to project needs (20% to 60%).BenefitsWhy join us?Permanent contract.Safety, Prevention, and Well-being are basics for us.Specialized in-house trainings designed to help you advance your career.Truly a place to spread your wings: career path with no glass ceilingWe are committed to equal opportunities.Work with top clients and innovative projects.International environment and teams, with a presence in more than 10 countries.Great environment Open Office Layout for you to meet co-workers and increase outside-the-box thinking.Positive Work Vibes: we love work, sport, and fun.Being an IPSer: Excellence, Innovation, Sustainability are a must in our projects.Equality, Diversity, Team Spirit, Positive Work Environment, and Career Development are part of our DNA
