RoleWe are looking for a Junior Sales Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for assisting with the sales of our rental apartments and guest services in Berlin and Paris, plus ad-hoc support covering staff holidays and other markets. The role requires flexibility and someone highly oriented to team results. You will play a key role in helping us meet our occupancy and revenue goals as well as our customer satisfaction targets. We are a new start-up, so you'll be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.
ResponsibilitiesSupport and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasksResponsible for the sales cycle from lead reception to closing the dealConverting leads into customersManaging negotiations with prospective clientsRespond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservationsUnderstand the needs of our potential customers and provide them with the best solutionProvide personalized support to our customers throughout the bookingMaintain clear, transparent, and personalized communication with clients and potential clientsDraft rental agreement contractsProvide administrative assistance and support to the whole Demand teamRequirementsYou have experience with a hospitality company and with guest services.Experience managing customer communications and relations.C1 English level and French, Spanish, or German C1 level as an additional languageFlexible, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and changes.Confident working in cross-functional teams.Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.Ukio's life benefitsPrivate Health Insurance with SANITASFlexible retribution with PayflowUKIO Anniversary giftTeam buildings and office eventsTransportation card for roles that require travel according to internal policyBreakfast at the office, fruits, nutrition bars, free coffee/tea, and popcornAn amazing internal culture and no dress codeInternational working environment with many different nationalitiesUkio's culture promotes and values each individual's contribution.
