The job purpose is to act as a consultant and advisor providing guidance to improve sophisticated global business processes, products, and services. We are looking for an experienced individual in the S&G (Strategy & Growth) IT space to lead the end-to-end delivery of the solutions that redefine how Novartis operates. You will be working on critical initiatives with the mandate to deliver solutions.Responsibilities include:Analyze business requirements and elicit functional specifications to develop IT solution concepts.Collaborate multi-functionally to transform functional specifications into technical requirements, ensuring solutions are safe, compliant, reliable, scalable, and flexible.Develop business process workflows detailing key functionalities and risks.Engage with global business leaders and IT teams to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.Major Accountabilities Engage with various user communities in the Strategy & Growth space to identify high priority subject areas.Develop project rationale and perform prioritization assessments to determine project feasibility.Develop and depict clear end-to-end business process flow diagrams.Develop clear and comprehensive requirement specifications for cost, time, and resource estimates.Liaise with the service development team to suggest high-level functional solutions.Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation.Support validation and testing, ensuring alignment with Security and Compliance policies.Prepare/update Functional Risk Assessments and perform change impact assessments.Keep abreast with internal IT systems, documentation requirements, and industry standards.Support definition, implementation, and tracking of standard processes.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer science, engineering, or information technology discipline.A proven experience in the Pharma or IT Industry.10+ years of experience as a business analyst/process expert/business IT lead superuser.Expert understanding of business process analysis & design and system architecture concepts.Expert knowledge of GxP, 21CFR Part 11, and the CSV lifecycle
