.Country: SpainAuditoría Interna está buscando un/a "auditor de análisis de datos" para nuestras oficinas en la Ciudad Grupo Santander en Boadilla del Monte (Madrid).POR QUÉ DEBERÍAS CONSIDERAR ESTA OPORTUNIDADEn Santander (www.Santander.Com) participamos activamente en la transformación del sector financiero. ¿Quieres unirte a nuestro equipo?Auditoría Interna es una función permanente e independiente de cualquier otra función o unidad que tiene como misión proporcionar al Consejo de Administración y a la alta dirección aseguramiento independiente sobre la calidad y eficacia de los procesos y sistemas de control interno, de gestión de los riesgos (actuales o emergentes) y de gobierno, contribuyendo así a la protección del valor de la organización, su solvencia y reputación.Adoptamos una sólida cultura de riesgos y esperamos que todo nuestro equipo, independientemente del puesto que ocupen, tengan una actitud proactiva y responsable hacia la gestión de riesgos.Santander se enorgullece de ser una organización donde hay igualdad de oportunidades, independientemente de raza, sexo, religión, edad, orientación sexual, estado civil, discapacidad, nacionalidad o identidad de género.QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJOComo auditor de análisis de datos, tu puesto consistirá en el desarrollo de herramientas de análisis y automatización de pruebas de auditoría con el objetivo de incrementar la profundidad y efectividad de las revisiones realizadas por los equipos Auditoría Interna; a su vez, colaborarás en auditorías del Área de Riesgos Financieros.Necesitamos a alguien como tú para ayudarnos en las siguientes tareas:Revisión de los procesos de construcción y validación de distintos modelos financieros, entre otros, IRB, provisiones de crédito, capital económico, mercado y ALM.Desarrollo de soluciones de data analytics para la realización de las revisiones anteriores, contribuyendo a la automatización de los procesos de desarrollo y optimización de herramientas de trabajo y librerías internas relacionadas con la revisión de modelos.Desarrollo de herramientas para la digitalización e industrialización de pruebas de auditoría.Colaboración en auditorías financieras: revisión de controles y del marco de gestión de riesgos en actividades relacionadas con mercados financieros, carteras y provisiones crediticias, gestión del capital, riesgo de modelo, etc.EXPERIENCIAExperiencia deseable de al menos 1-2 años en puesto similar de auditoría/consultoría, tecnología, modelos, riesgos o control de gestión. Deseables conocimientos/experiencia en los principales riesgos financieros (Crédito, Mercado, Capital, Información financiera, etc.).EDUCACIÓNGrado o Ingeniería superior/técnica en informática, telecomunicaciones, matemáticas, física, estadística u otras carreras con alto perfil técnico, por ejemplo, E-3 Analytics (ICADE/ICAI).HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOSSe valorarán cursos de postgrado y cursos de especialización en finanzas, modelos, Big Data o materias relacionadas
