About the role Without our Product team, there'd be no Revolut. This team's scope is wide — leading on the integration of engineering, data science, operations, and design — to continue changing the way the world does money. We approach Credit Products at Revolut the same way that we approach everything else. We take complex issues, and create extraordinary solutions that our customers love. We build things we want to use ourselves, that we're proud to show to our friends and families. We're looking for a Senior Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over the roadmap of the credit cards product, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you'll collaborate cross-functionally and be the go-to person for your product. What you'll be doing Setting the vision for the credit card products in the respective market, understanding how it connects to Revolut's goals. Building credit card products with world-class customer experiences and understanding the full credit lifecycle of a customer. Establishing your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with Revolut's mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy. Working closely with Design and UX Research to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience. Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of the product. Collaborating with other stakeholders, such as Product Marketing, Legal, and Product Strategy. What you'll need Hands-on experience building and scaling credit card products or other credit products from scratch. Experience in managing people (Product Owners, Engineering, Operations, and Design). An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
