We're on the lookout for a dynamic, customer-focused individual who exudes confidence and passion for delivering exceptional service.
As a Bar Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our bar while creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.At MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE, you'll be the welcoming face of our establishment, embodying our brand values with every guest interaction.
We're seeking someone who thrives on connecting with people and is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of guest service.The ideal candidate will be outgoing, hands-on, and possess extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverages.
With excellent service skills and a knack for thriving in fast-paced environments, our Bar Supervisor will lead by example, fostering a motivational atmosphere for our bar team.ResponsibilitiesTraining of current staff and new team membersHelp with managing your team and constantly raising the barMain contact with suppliersKeeping up to date with licensing legislation and taking legal responsibility for the premisesEnforcing health and safety rulesBe responsible for ensuring the perfect of every drink every time to minimize wasteRequirementsA demonstrable passion for food concepts and creation, with a good working knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktailsYou have an eye for detailA strong desire to develop a career in high-end restaurantsExceptional customer care skillsEmpathy for your colleaguesAbility to work under pressureAim to deliver excellent presentation skillsOrganizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environmentActive listening and effective communication skillsTeam spiritWe offer extensive ongoing training and tasting programs for our staff in order to keep our teams on top of their game.
