Role Overview: As a Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with a portfolio of new clients, helping them develop their first online advertising campaigns. This is a target-driven role where youll work towards individual goals while being part of a larger onboarding team, making a significant impact on your clients businesses.
Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through phone consultations.Act as a trusted consultant, onboarding customers and developing PPC campaigns.Understand and address customers needs and business objectives.Drive increased ad spend, upselling, and long-term campaign sustainability. Requirements: German (Native or C2) English (C1)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch over the phone and create compelling proposals.What we offer: Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).Salary: 24.310 euro gross/year + bonuses up to 4.290 euro gross/yearHybrid working model based in Barcelona.Tax rates between 20-24%.
