Nuestras recepcionistas toman la iniciativa para ofrecer una amplia gama de servicios que guíen a nuestros huéspedes a lo largo de su estadía entera. Se sienten empoderados para completar asuntos operativos, ayudar a los huéspedes, completar reportes, o compartir puntos de interés de la zona local. Las recepcionistas logran que cualquier transacción parezca como parte de la experiencia entera.En cualquier puesto que tenga, hay una serie de temas fundamentales para lograr el éxito; por ejemplo, crear un medio ambiente de trabajo seguro, seguir las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía, respetar la confidencialidad, proteger los activos de la compañía, mantener las normas de calidad, asegurarse de que el uniforme, el aspecto personal y nivel de comunicación sean profesionales en todo momento. Las recepcionistas están siempre en marcha; se ponen de pie, se sientan, caminan mucho, y se dedican a todo tipo de tareas (mover, levantar, llevar, empujar y colocar objetos que pesan 25 libras o menos sin ayuda; alcanzar hacia arriba, arrodillarse, girarse, estirarse y encorvarse).
