.Company DescriptionIAG GBS (Global Business Services) is part of International Airlines Group, one of the world's leading airline groups, with 546 aircraft flying to over 270 destinations, carrying more than 100 million passengers each year.IAG GBS provides a plug and play platform of scalable, best in class procurement, finance and IT business services to IAG's operating companies which include Aer Lingus, IAG Loyalty, British Airways, IAG, IAG Cargo, Iberia, Iberia Express, LEVEL and Vueling.The company is headquartered in Krakow, and has operations in London, Madrid, Barcelona and Dublin.Job DescriptionRole PurposeDrive awareness of requirements and data-driven decision-making by providing valuable insights across business to make informed decisions based on historical and real-time dataLever data-driven insights to build supplier cost modelling, unlock structural saving opportunities, enhance decision-making, maximize saving delivery and strengthen supplier governance.Support the Business and Procurement Categories to identify opportunities for improvement in their procurement processes and achieve better outcomes (cost reduction, supplier performance, risk mitigation, business transformation).Offer in-depth expertise and guidance in one of the key areas of Procurement: Aircraft and engines, Original Equipment Manufacturer, Engineering and Maintenance, Customer Services, Corporate, Tech and IndirectAccountabilitiesLead the procurement analytics stragey within its area of expertise to enable Group and Airline strategic cost targets.Identify and analyze market trends, patterns, and supplier performance within data, ultimately enabling the organizations to make informed decisions and enhancing procurement savings deliverySupport Business and Procurement Categories to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for suppliersGenerate clear visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholdersDevelop models to forecast future trends or outcomes, with high focus on financial and procurement analysis (budgeting and forecast projections, make vs buy, ...) with clear focus on predictive and prescriptive analysisStay informed about emerging trends in procurement analytics and recommend innovative solutions.Working closely with Airlines, IAG group, Business Units and Finance team to understand business requirements and integrate analytics insights into decision-making processes.Define together with the Business units and Procurement Category the negotiation strategy with critical suppliersDevelop and implement analytics models and tools to maximize cost savings delivery as well as to strengthen supplier governance.Utilize data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance improvement, and risk mitigation.Support the implementation of transformation projects within the Procurement team.Implement best practices to streamline procurement operations and reduce costs
