.At ING we are looking for a Data Analyst – Early CollectionsYour role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst – Early Collections to join our Collections Expert Unit, Team of Easy Financing Tribe.The responsibility of this team is to make the difference by being customers' partner in times of financial difficulties, while protecting bank interest and our way of working is Agile.Your key responsibilities:Positively contribute to the team responsible for delivering a high-quality early collections service.Co-create and lead the strategy and the roadmap to achieve the best-in-class collections services.Ensure the precise and safe execution of the operational processes and automated collections workflow configuration in the Collections Tool.Coordinate and monitor external collections agencies.Drive the evolution towards a more data driven and digital service.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you? And if the shoe fits… don't hesitate to applyExpertise in managing collections services, amicable and legal collections services, for direct portfolios or third-party services, for more than 3 - 5 years.Degree in Economics, Business, Math or Engineering (bachelor's degree or equivalent).Proficient knowledge of Excel and SQL.
