About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Cost & Business Analyst to enhance our financial performance through meticulous cost and business analysis and effective budget management.
This role involves a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority, overseeing complex financial projects and collaborating across departments
Key Accountabilities Accuracy of budget forecasts vs. actual spending. Percentage improvement in cost efficiency through process optimization initiatives. Compliance rate with internal controls and financial accuracy. Reduction in material costs as a percentage of total production cost. Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs Estimate product costs for existing and new products Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions Conduct market research to support future business planning Skill & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Proven experience in cost & business analysis, financial reporting, or a similar role in a manufacturingsetting Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage large datasets Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its cost structures. Proficient in financial modeling and with SAP. Prior experience in managing financial projects or leading cross-functional initiatives is highly desirable Our Social Responsibilities Etex has a clear commitment to help build a better, sustainable future.
