Technical Service Manager AWS en presencial.Desde Grupo Ns estamos seleccionando para un proyecto 100 presencial en Madrid un Technical Service Manager con experiencia técnica en Aws.Funciones Estará al lado del cliente para llevar la gestión del pool de sus sistemas garantizando las correctas sinergias entre los distintos servicios y sistemas Perfil que trabaje codo con codo con el CTO del cliente para la parte de Gestión Técnica de los sistemas.Importante que tenga conocimientos técnicos muy definidos precisamente para defenderlos al CTO como nivel TSM Tener grandes dotes de comunicación técnica con interlocución entre los responsables de IT del cliente y los responsables de los proveedores con servicios en marcha Gestiona con los responsables de los sistemas las problemáticas actualizaciones y adaptaciones de los sistemas del cliente en estas tecnologías Sistemas operativos Windows y Red Hat Enterprise para revisar con proveedores situación del servicio ampliaciones nuevos servidores etc.Dominio de Servicios de AWS Bases de datos SQL server.Conocimientos suficientes para supervisar a los DBA y que realicen las mejoras necesarias.Comunicaciones TCP/IP.Conocimientos para tratar con los proveedores que realicen los cambios necesarios para los servicios actuales o futuros más localizar con ellos posibles incidencias.Opcionalmente conocimientos de Oracle Modalidad 100 presencial (Aravaca-Madrid) Experiencia de al menos tres años como Technical Service Manager habiendo trabajado con AWS principalmente AWS,Windows, Red Hat
