Todo el mundo es bienvenidoDescripción del puesto :¿Te gustaría unirte al equipo de MAX&Co.; Madrid como Floor Manager ?El Floor Manager es responsable de los objetivos comerciales del departamento encomendado. Gestionará y desarrollará los recursos y colaborará con los asesores de ventas, respetando las normas de imagen y servicio.Te encargarás de:Alcanzar los resultados personales y los del departamento asignado.Organizar, gestionar y coordinar eficazmente los recursos asignados para la consecución de los resultados comerciales en coordinación con el Store Manager.Contribuir a la gestión de objeciones y a la finalización de las ventas en caso necesario.Garantizar que se cumplen los objetivos/normativas con el departamento o área asignada (orden, cuidado del producto).Garantizar una gestión eficaz del producto en tu área.Garantizar que el nivel de recepción en tu área cumple con las normas de la empresa.Evaluar y desarrollar las competencias del personal de tu área.Informar y formar a los compañeros sobre el área encargada de la colección/producto en colaboración con el Store Manager y el Visual Manager.Trabajar junto con el equipo directivo (Director de Operaciones, Director de Tienda y Supervisor) con el fin de lograr los mejores resultados para la tienda.Garantizar que la imagen de los asistentes de ventas de tu área esté en línea con los estándares de la compañía.Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas, procedimientos y reglas de conducta de la empresa.Estar familiarizado y cumplir las normas de seguridad y tomar medidas si es necesario.Fomentar la participación en la formación en el puesto de trabajo a través de iniciativas proactivas, trabajo en equipo y actividades digitales, destinadas a facilitar la innovación y mejorar la eficacia/eficiencia de sus responsabilidades
