Join us and let's create the future of gaming togetherRole and Missions - What you will doAs a Senior Unity Game Developer, you will join our small but mighty hypercasual game team in Barcelona who are developing chart topping titles. In this role, you'll have full technical responsibility and autonomy over your own game, but will be learning alongside other talented developers with the same objective.If you take extreme ownership and thrive in fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environments, you're made for the jobYour week will look like:Develop new game features autonomously and in compliance with deadlinesGuarantee a robust and reusable codeEnsure an optimal user experience and sprinkle your games with engaging mechanicsSuggest new concepts & ideas thanks to your knowledge of current trendsExchanging experience with other members of the Development department (i.E. conducting code reviews, pair programming sessions, attending and contributing to the knowledge sharing session)Work on defined process improvements, OKRsWork on internal documentation such as guides for the development or QA teamsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders on soft-launches and iterations (polishing, optimization, etc.)Having a strong experience in mobile game development, you want to join a diverse team composed of mobile gaming enthusiasts
