Your work environment : The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group Underwriting department , whose responsibility is to optimize the technical performance of AXA's product offering while ensuring technical risks are well understood and under control. Your job and daily missions : JOB PURPOSE Contribute to the evaluation of the technical performance of Life and Saving product range around the world, drive product technical excellence at Group level and help operational companies implement product-related initiatives. KEY CAPABILITIES Ability to work transversally in a large organisation and align multiple stakeholders at all levels Highly self-motivated with a good level of autonomy and ability to effectively prioritise Ability to effectively convey complex issues into clear and easy-to-understand oral or written presentations in perfect English Ability to relate technical metrics to commercial objectives and communicate these objectives effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders including Group senior management. Comfortable with complexity and unstructured problem solving KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Participate to the evaluation of the technical performance of L&S product rangeParticipate to the In-Depth Reviews of AXA subsidiaries' L&S product ranges (unit linked, general accounts, pure protection products)
