We strive for autonomous and independent ways of working Diversity: no day is the same and there is never a dull moment Growth opportunities, both locally and globally You have: At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Tax Accountant for companies Degree or a Master in Accounting, Economics, International Business Economics, Business Management, etc. Fluent in English (C1/C2). You communicate clearly, write well and speak eloquently. Other languages are appreciated. A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together. You will communicate ideas clearly and make sure everyone understands A client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone that genuinely cares about the people you help. You love taking on complex challenges and finding creative solutions Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients, winning work proactively, and contributing to winning new clients. Voluntarily participate in new challenges without waiting to be asked Your day-to-day: Carry out the day-to-day accounting of invoices, payroll and bank statements, among others. Preparation and filing in of periodical tax returns (VAT, Personal Income Withholdings, Corporate Income, among others). Preparation and filing in of Annual Accounts. Preparation of Financial Statements. Solving day-to-day queries on invoicing, tax and accounting from clients. And this would be awesome: Entrepreneurial mindset: Lexidy is expanding. We need your business ideas to continue to cross borders Experience in a hyper-growth stage startup Experience with digital tools such as Hubspot, Holded, etc. Project management skills, including planning and prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and monitoring your own and the team's budget and time We look after our employees by creating a professional and personal development space.
