Job Summary

Welcome customers who enter the restaurant and ensure that they are being looked after by waiters.

Maintain your composure at all times; remember that as a front liner, anything you say or do will reflect on the company.

Provide high-quality service to our guests.

Generate reports accurately, update them, and duly submit them prior to the end of your shift.

Avoid discrepancies in the logbook and cash sales during actual audits; management will not tolerate discrepancies in your reports.

Check bills to ensure the correct amount is displayed and print them out.

Answer customers' questions regarding billed items.

Record totaled amounts, including expenses, in the restaurant's database.

Process credit and debit card payments and ensure that customers sign receipts.

Assist waiters and servers during rush hours by packing takeaways and leftovers.

Keep track of inventory and ensure restaurant supplies are ordered on time.

Count cash in the cash register at the end of each shift and ensure that it tallies.

Ensure sufficient change is available at the beginning of each day.

Post charges against customers' accounts and follow up with them for payments.

Answer all customer queries promptly and correctly.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational/Short Course Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the related field.

Must be trustworthy and hardworking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php435.00 per month
