Job Description: Manager, Due Diligence Research (Interim)
Location: Hybrid
Dow Jones is looking for a Manager to join our Due Diligence team responsible for the creation of high-quality reports on companies and/or individuals using a combination of publicly-available sources and proprietary databases.
As a Manager, you will manage a team of Research Editors.
You will work with your peers and your team of Research Editors, ensuring that our content and sources are kept up to date and that reports meet client requirements in terms of accuracy and timeliness.
You will report to the Director, Risk & Compliance Services.
This position is hybrid.
You Will:Provide regular communication of team objectives and goalsSupervise, support, and develop a team to maximize potential through motivation, coaching, counseling, and delegationEnsure Due Diligence reports meet client requirements regarding content quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completenessCommunicate with clients effectively, addressing their questionsPromote the Due Diligence research process internally and externallyPerform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionalitySupport training of future members of staffContribute to both team and product-initiated projectsSupport R&C with translation services as and when requiredYou Have:Ability to coordinate appropriate internal resourcesResourcefulness to readily adapt to changing customer expectationsKnowledge of and interest in international affairs and politicsAn openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversityPreferred:1+ years experience in the field of Due DiligenceSpecialist legal, business, or financial knowledgeOur Benefits:Comprehensive Healthcare PlansPaid Time OffRetirement PlansEducation BenefitsPaid Maternity and Paternity LeaveFamily Care BenefitsSubscription DiscountsBusiness Area: PIB - DATA STRATEGY
