THE JOB We are seeking a Technical Administrator that is motivated to provide advice and guidance around technical design decisions on our Salesforce platform, carry out key platform administration responsibilities, with a focus on low code configuration. You will be responsible for managing the Salesforce Platform as well as delivering enhancements and enabling new features/products to support our business needs. This role is analytical, hands-on, and the right candidate enjoys digging into requirements and working towards a solution in a collaborative environment.
We have recently completed rebuilding our 15+ year legacy Salesforce instance. Our focus now is to continue to add value by enabling our business through technology while further globalizing our people and processes. The business processes we enable in our Salesforce are end to end as we cover Marketing, Sales, Implementations, Account Management, Operations, and Support. We have also recently deployed an Omni Channel solution that is critical to our business and their interactions with customers. This is leveraging Service Cloud and will continue to expand with the use of Service Cloud Voice, Einstein, GPT, and integrations with our other important platforms. YOUR MISSIONSAlign business processes with Salesforce best practices and help ensure solutions deliver measurable business benefitsCollaborate on solution designAssist with translating functional business requirements to technical design focused on enabling the business and support creation of User Stories within a Product BacklogAssist with identifying unnecessary technical debtProvide escalated technical user support – particularly post deployment (bugs/issues and data requests where Level 1, 2, 3 support teams require assistance)Design, configure, develop solutions using the full Salesforce toolset focused on declarative firstConfigure objects, fields, page layouts, lightning record pages, record types, etc in SFDC, ensuring alignment with requirements and existing security and structureWork closely with business analysts and stakeholders to review business process and optimization of current solutionsReview, manage, regression test - Salesforce releases (3x per year)Assist with testing/QA (Peer Review)Support UAT process by working with Business Analyst and key stakeholders on developing and executing test plansSupport Deployment process by working within Sandbox environments and moving components through environmentsWork with Developers to provide direction where advanced solutions are requiredCreate and maintain detailed documentation for technical design, case/ticket notes, lessons learnedCommunicate and update project status for tasks assignedWork with Support, Governance, Enablement teams on roll out to Users Our Ideal Candidate ? 3-5 years hands on experience with Salesforce, ideally with an administration roleCertified Salesforce Administrator or higherExperience with Lightning UIExperience in training and supporting nontechnical staff in the use of SalesforceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as troubleshooting expertiseExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to prioritize effectively and escalate issues as requiredStrong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Process Builder, Formula fields, Validation rules)Strong ability to develop and support Salesforce analytics including complex reporting and dashboardsExperience working with Agile development teams using SCRUMStrong ability to perform data cleansing and mass updates for usersDemonstrates constructive conflict resolution skills to ensure a positive outcome for all involvedMaintains objectivity and can see the big picture rather than reacting emotionally to the problemKnows how to embrace conflict to achieve a win/win outcome for all parties involvedKnows how to use available resources to solve problemsThinks outside the box when overcoming problemsEncourages and assists other team members to solve problemsExperience with implementing Salesforce is an assetExperience with deployments is preferredStrong understanding of Salesforce core data model (Sales & Service Cloud) WHY FCM SPAIN ?
