En este puesto podrás crecer y contribuir con nosotros desarrollando la misión de creación, implementación e impartición de un plan de formación de nuestros productos y servicios para profesionales sanitarios. Además, serás el/la referente en el manejo clínico, dando respuesta a las necesidades de soporte clínico de los/las profesionales sanitarios y velarás por la formación todos los trabajadores/as del área de diabetes diseñando e implementando un plan de formación adaptado a cada perfil. Las funciones más concretas serán: Desarrollar la oferta de formación en diabetes para profesional sanitario. Puesta en marcha y ejecución del programa de cualificación de los empleados/as de la actividad de diabetes en colaboración con el departamento de RRHH. Formar y mantener actualizado al personal interno en todo lo referente a producto. Velar por la coherencia de los mensajes y los contenidos sobre el producto manejados por los distintos departamentos (acceso a mercado, comercial, asistencial y soporte). Trabajo en coordinación con el/la responsable de marketing realizando sesiones de formación a los profesionales sanitarios. Are you a MATCH? Serás la candidatura idóneo si reúnes los siguientes requisitos: Formación universitaria en el área de la salud. Experiencia de, al menos, 3 años en: el diseño, la organización y realización de seminarios de formación, cursos y talleres. el soporte clínico a profesionales sanitarios. la gestión de algún dispositivo médico / medicamento en el ámbito clínico. Manejo de sistemas informáticos y perfil tecnológico. Disponibilidad de desplazamientos frecuentes (las formaciones se realizarán in situ).
