Funciones: Revisar las nóminas, con el soporte externo de la gestoría, para asegurar que los empleados reciban sus contratos y salarios con la precisión y puntualidad necesarias.
Elaborar resumen de costes de nóminas y proyectos para el departamento de finanzas con los datos facilitados previamente por la gestoría.
Asegurar que los contratos estén actualizados según el convenio y legislación de aplicación que corresponda.
Comunicar a la gestoría los datos necesarios para gestionar las altas y bajas de los trabajadores tanto de plantilla como de los proyectos.
Gestionar la acogida de nuevos empleados (preparación de expedientes, completar base de datos, tarjetas de identificación, firma de documentos de confidencialidad, etc.).
Asegurar que el personal haga uso del sistema de fichajes diario puesto a disposición por la empresa.
Administrar los permisos de los empleados, velando por el respeto de las normativas internas.
Dar instrucciones sobre aplicaciones de normativas que faciliten el entendimiento y aplicación de las normativas relativas a permisos, horarios y presencia.
Gestionar con soporte de programa de fichajes la información relacionada con vacaciones, flexibilidad de jornada, permisos, bajas, etc.
Apoyar a los managers en la correcta aplicación de la normativa interna y la utilización del sistema de fichajes.
Facilitar los costes de personal al departamento de finanzas y contabilidad.
Redactar y emitir informes necesarios a solicitud de Dirección y otros departamentos: absentismo, vacaciones, etc.
Velar por la aplicación correcta del Convenio y normativas Sociales y Laborales.
Gestionar las actividades necesarias para el control y reducción del absentismo: seguimiento de bajas, permisos, etc.
Coordinar, junto a la Mutua, los Servicios Médicos externos que realizan el seguimiento y control de bajas IT por enfermedad común.
Conocer y aplicar las normas y procedimientos de la empresa (Protocolos) así como respetar el Código Ético.
Gestionar los cursos de prevención de riesgos laborales.
Gestionar las visitas médicas.
Gestionar cursos de idiomas y actividades con colaboradores externos.
Comunicar a los trabajadores toda información susceptible de su interés.
