We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Product Designer to join our Product team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities: 1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Analyze data and feedback to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and incorporate them into the design process.
2. UX/UI Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across different platforms.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
3. Interaction Design: Develop interactive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement.
Define and document interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
4. Visual Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
Select and create appropriate color schemes, typography, and iconography.
Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual language throughout the product.
5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
The role The perfect future team member: Language skills: Fluent in English AND French minimum
Proficiency in Figma design tools
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in UX/UI travel marketplace e-commerce or Saas with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
