Supply Chain Data Engineer   We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Data Engineer to manage data, engineer solutions, and develop low-code applications.
Supply Chain Data Engineer will report into the Supply Chain Sr. Data Analytics Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES   As our Supply Chain Data Engineer, you are responsible for data modelling, data analysis and visualization.
This role focuses on centralizing and structuring data and creating applications to streamline information collection and distribution across the organization.
Your main focus: Lead efforts to centralize and structure data from various sources, including vendors, factories, and distribution centers, into the Azure Data Lake, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and accessibility.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to understand data requirements, business processes, and user needs, and translate them into effective low-code solutions that facilitate data collection and enhance decision-making.
Design and implement data models, schemas, and structures to organize and standardize data within the Azure Data Lake, enabling efficient data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Utilize Microsoft Power Suite, including Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate, to analyze data, create visualizations, automate workflows, and enhance data-driven insights across the organization.
Develop low-code applications and user-friendly interfaces to streamline the collection of key information from different business units and stakeholders, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, and other low-code development tools.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users and stakeholders on using low-code applications and data management tools effectively, promoting adoption and maximizing the value of data-driven decision-making.

The team comprises of Supply Chain Data Engineer, Digital Solutions Developer and Data Analyst.
You will work closely together with several departments such as logistics, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT.

The emphasis on technical proficiency, combined with a growth mindset, suggests a team capable of tackling complex challenges and driving innovation   YOU ARE A COTY FIT   You like to have at least with 3+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and web development roles .
As an experienced Supply Chain Data Engineer you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.
Other than that, you: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Proven expertise in SQL and Python for data analysis and development tasks, including ETL processes and data governance frameworks.
Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate) for data analysis, visualization, and workflow automation.
Proficiency in extracting, transforming, and loading data into MS SQL data tables, and developing SQL queries and stored procedures for Power BI, with transferable skills in Databricks or Azure.
Additional supply chain and analytics education, training and/or certification through MOOCS and/or professional organizations preferred.
A combination of data management and supply chain knowledge to work closely with IT to define supply chain data strategy, vision and governance and overall requirements to support supply chain digitalization.
Familiarity with other coding languages and/or web development.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, engage stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
