Estamos en búsqueda de un Brand Manager trainee para nuestra marca propia de suplementación, alimentación y cosmética natural.El candidato se responsabilizará de:Soporte en la definición de la estrategia y ejecución del Plan de Marketing para sus marcas o categorías asignadas, previo análisis del mercado, performance interno y el consumidor.Realizar el seguimiento y medición de los indicadores y la evolución de sus marcas/categorías. Estudiar y conocer el consumidor de su marca/productos para poder definir y adaptar la estrategia de la marca acorde a sus necesidades. Segmentación y Targeting.Soporte y seguimiento estrategia Social Media. Scouting de influencers y gestión de campañas. Reporte y análisis de resultados.Soporte y seguimiento campañas SEM y Marketplaces.Análisis de competidores y búsqueda de tendencias del mercado. Apoyo en la definición del pipeline de productos.Requisitos para el perfil que buscamos:El/la candidato/a debe acreditar un mínimo de 1 año en posiciones de brand management. Buscamos una persona que le guste tanto la parte estratégica como la operativa, con ganas de hacer crecer el negocio y capacidad de movilizar proyectos.
