Our 99,600 employees operate a network of2,600 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.As an Integrations Manager – Workday HR Applications, you will lead the integration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) with other HR applications, including payroll, talent acquisition (Smart Recruiters), talent management systems, and other enterprise systems such as Finance.Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between our HR systems, enhancing overall HR service delivery, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our Workday integrations.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team responsible for the end-to-end integration of Workday with various HR and non-HR systems, ensuring timely and effective resource allocation.Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to design and implement integrations.Oversee the entire lifecycle of Workday integration projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within the defined scope.Provide technical leadership and guidance in designing and developing complex Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, including regular updates and enhancements.Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on Workday integration processes and best practices.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing and executing complex system integrations, particularly with Workday HCM.
