Our comprehensive internship includes: 1.
Hotel Overview: Accompanied by the director, learn about all hotel areas, including guest spaces, technical facilities, and staff zones.
2.
Department Rotations: Work in key departments like Reception, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Storeroom to understand daily operations and guest services.
3.
Management Exposure: Assist the director with data analysis, quality meetings, staff management, guest complaints, and strategic tasks.
4.
Internship Report: Reflect on your learning, propose improvements, and analyze your experience through a self-evaluation and SWOT analysis.
5.
Evaluation: Receive feedback on your technical skills, professionalism, and future potential, with opportunities for employment based on performance.

* Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

* A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
