.Gelato Group Gelato Group consists of three different business units, starting with Optimalprint as our B2C business, offering personalized products to consumers all over the world. Secondly, GelatoCreate caters to our creators through our software platform, and connects them with a global range of production partners. Lastly, we have our newest business unit, GelatoConnect. With GelatoConnect, we have built the largest ecosystem in the printing industry, which offers cost savings and efficiency improvements for production hubs all over the world.What you will be doingAs a Content Strategist at Gelato, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a comprehensive content strategy that amplifies our brand presence and engages our diverse audiences. Your primary responsibilities include developing and managing content initiatives that align with Gelato's business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize content performance. By providing strategic direction and leveraging your expertise in content creation, you contribute to Gelato's narrative across B2B (GelatoCreate), B2C (Optimalprint), and PSP-focused (GelatoConnect) domains.Some of your key responsibilities will includeCreate and implement a robust content strategy that aligns with Gelato's overall marketing objectives and brand vision.Oversee the development, production, and curation of high-quality content across various channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites.Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content is aligned with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.Conduct audience research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of our target audiences, tailoring content to resonate with them.Establish and maintain editorial standards and guidelines to ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and consistent in style and tone.Regularly communicate content strategy, results, and recommendations to the wider team and stakeholders.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into the content strategy to keep it current and effective.Collaborate across the marketing team to develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the company's values and resonates with target audiences.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement metrics, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of content initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.Optimize content for SEO, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance visibility and engagement.Who you areAs a Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Gelato's content narrative, contributing to the overall success of the brand in both B2B and B2C spheres
