La persona debe contar con firmes dotes de liderazgo y una experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de obras de parques solares fotovoltaicos.Responsabilidades:Cumplir con el alcance del contrato firmado con el cliente y gestionar el proyecto desde su inicio.Liderar, controlar y gestionar el proyecto, reportando a los responsables de los distintos departamentos y con apoyo de las personas asignadas de dichos departamentos.Planificar y controlar la gestión de los alcances del proyecto.Planificar, monitorear y controlar los plazos y riesgos del proyecto.Planificar y controlar los costes y recursos del proyecto, incluyendo cómputos y presupuestos.Organizar el trabajo buscando la máxima eficacia al menor coste.Programar, dirigir, coordinar y controlar la elaboración de estudios y proyectos.Supervisar, apoyar y controlar la ejecución de los estudios, proyectos y obras.Establecer normas y criterios técnicos para el desarrollo de las actividades.Elaborar informes de seguimiento del proyecto con la periodicidad establecida.Asistir y asesorar al Director en los asuntos relacionados con los proyectos.Emitir informes sobre la aprobación de estudios, presupuestos y especificaciones de materiales y servicios.Dirigir y controlar la elaboración de presupuestos para estudios, proyectos y obras, así como los términos de referencia para la contratación de terceros.Coordinar con sus superiores y personal a su cargo las obras bajo su responsabilidad.Controlar los trabajos, estableciendo los recursos necesarios y verificar la ejecución de todas las tareas relacionadas con la instalación hasta su entrega al cliente.Conocer los recursos disponibles para la obra.Administrar los recursos internos, tanto administrativos como humanos, disponibles para la ejecución de la obra.Crear un ambiente de trabajo agradable, donde las personas sientan que forman parte de un proyecto común y que su contribución es clave para alcanzar las metas.Fomentar el trabajo en equipo, el compañerismo, la creatividad y un ambiente positivo.Comprobar y verificar que la documentación de los proyectos cumple con todos los reglamentos y lineamientos aplicables.Asegurar que las construcciones bajo su responsabilidad se ejecuten de acuerdo con los planos y la documentación aprobada por licencias y permisos, o en su defecto, por el cliente.Mantener un control y registro documental del proceso constructivo.Supervisar las obras durante todas las etapas del proceso de construcción.Al finalizar la obra, entregar al propietario todos los documentos técnicos relacionados con la misma.Asesorar al propietario de la obra para evitar incumplimientos del reglamento por omisión o desconocimiento del mismo.REQUISITOS:Formación en IngenieríaExperiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión y dirección de obras fotovoltaicasExperiencia gestionando presupuesto así como los recursos humanos de las obrasDisponibilidad para visitar las obrasSE OFRECE:Contrato estableDesarrollo profesionalSalario a convenir + variable#J-18808-Ljbffr
