What really matters is that you can feel that you are WHERE YOU SHOULD BE to get the future you want.Capgemini is seeking a talented and motivated Platform Engineer/SRE to join our dynamic team.The Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our platforms and services.What will you do in the project?* Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient infrastructure using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and improve operational efficiency.* Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability.* Automate repetitive tasks and processes to reduce manual intervention and increase productivity.* Collaborate with development teams to ensure that applications are designed with reliability and scalability in mind.* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues and incidents in a timely manner.* Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure proactive identification of issues.* Conduct regular security assessments and implement best practices to protect infrastructure and data.* Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and services.* Document infrastructure designs, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.To feel comfortable in the position, you need to be able to get along well with:* Proven at least 5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, SRE, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.* Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.* Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
