Job Description:
- Location: Fully remote, EU timezone (CET + / - 2 hours)
- Languages: Anglais courant
- Notre Client: Cloud Computing / Blockchain / AI - European SaaS

Prérequis:
Responsabilité de la stratégie financière dans un cadre de développement européen et international.
Interaction quotidienne avec des équipes et partenaires à l'international.
Contribution à l'expansion de l'entreprise sur de nouveaux marchés financiers.
Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions financières de haut niveau, de préférence dans le secteur des FinTech, start-ups, PME ou ETI.

Missions:
Construction et supervision du budget annuel en collaboration avec les équipes internationales.
Gestion proactive de la trésorerie, des financements et des investissements à l'échelle globale.
Amélioration continue du contrôle interne, avec un focus sur la conformité aux réglementations financières internationales.
Leadership dans la communication financière et extra-financière auprès d'un réseau diversifié d'investisseurs et partenaires internationaux.
Pilotage financier des projets de développement international, incluant lancements de produits et expansion géographique.

Compétences requises:
Expertise confirmée dans la gestion financière stratégique d'une entreprise à forte croissance, idéalement dans le secteur FinTech.
Compréhension approfondie des enjeux financiers internationaux.
Expérience en fusion-acquisition, particulièrement valorisée.
Capacité à influencer et à communiquer efficacement dans un environnement multiculturel.
