As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on our team, you'll be crucial in crafting features that both accelerate and enrich every connection, helping our customers find new talent, enhance their sales, and make other impactful professional connections.You'll develop user-friendly flows, construct data pipelines that supply essential insights, and leverage AI-driven matching algorithms to forge more efficient and meaningful connections. The contract is for 6 months, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance and company needs.Who You AreAutomation Specialist : You excel at building efficient automations and simplifying complex workflows. You're always on the lookout for optimization opportunities and enjoy bringing innovative ideas to life.Technical Expert : You have strong expertise in Ruby, Rails, and web scraping, as well as experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) for automation. Tackling technical challenges with precision is your strength.Impact-Driven : You're motivated to craft solutions that make a real difference in people's professional lives. Your approach centers on simplicity, efficiency, and measurable results.Team Player : You communicate effectively and understand how your work contributes to the bigger picture.
