You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, as well as work in a digital environment, with some of the most innovative technologies on the market.What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team.What you will do in this roleAs a Junior Business Analyst on our team, you will:Participate in solution design discussions, contributing recommendations on how Business Intelligence requirements can be metEffectively follow solution design documentation and determine how they will approach development of proposed solutionsWith only moderate support, develop Business Intelligence dashboards and reportsEnsure all development adheres to the team's development frameworkImplement solutions following the appropriate change and code control processes and toolsWith only moderate support, identify and correct production errors related to overall team responsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with Business Intelligence stakeholders in relation to Business Intelligence outages and data governance issuesUnderstand potential drivers behind data quality issues and with only moderate support, investigate and/or leverage appropriate resources effectively to resolve even complex issues that occurContribute to the production of documentation that supports end user knowledge of Business Intelligence & Insights solutions deliveredConcentrix is a great match if you:Are proficient or bilingual in English, German is a plusHave at least a 1 years' experience working with analysing, BI reporting, Salesforce and Sales Navigator making dashboards and reportsHave a sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationshipsCan prioritize and meet timelines on deliverablesAre proficient in Microsoft Office including strong Excel skillsIt will be a plus if you have:- Experience with working with stakeholders on Business Intelligence requests would be an advantageIf you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
