Flexibel en hybride werken. Wat je bij ons doet: Je ondersteunt, begeleidt en adviseert klanten met hun salarisadministratie en HR vraagstukken. Het eindproduct is de loonstrook, jij weet als specialist als geen ander dat er een hoop werk in zit voordat je een goede strook hebt. Denk aan verwerken van mutaties, oog houden op wet- en regelgeving, beantwoorden van complexe vragen en meer. Alles met de nodige precisie omdat je wilt dat de salarisstroken kloppen. Meer concreet: Je verwerkt en controleert loongegevens, zoals binnenkomende mutaties; Je zorgt dat de geldende wet- en regelgeving wordt nageleefd; Je beantwoordt vragen van de klanten en hun medewerkers over CAO, pensioen en andere loongerelateerde vragen. Wij zijn SD Worx, ons doel: bedrijven helpen door oplossingen en ondersteuning te bieden over de gehele employee life cycle. Vanuit onze kantoren in heel Europa (en op Mauritius) werken wij voor klanten van klein tot groot.
Onze teams zijn ingericht op de klant en variëren van 5 tot 20 collega's. Of je nu wil werken voor het kleinbedrijf of voor grote multinationals, je kan bij ons je ei kwijt Met elkaar zorgen we voor een goede sfeer, hier past geen strakke hiërarchie bij. Ons motto is niet voor niets For Life. For Work. Balans, keuzes maken en blijven ontwikkelen zijn voor ons normale zaken.
Jouw team: Je werk samen met circa 20 collega's, deels in Nederland en deels vanuit ons kantoor in Malaga. De klanten bestaan uit internationale klanten waarvoor jij en je collega's klaar staan voor hun medewerkers in Nederland.
Dagelijks stel je met elkaar de juiste prioriteiten, je werkt met meerdere HR-systemen zoals SuccesFactors en Workday. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen deze systemen en weet wat er in elk systeem zit en waar je deze voor nodig hebt. Vragen van klanten zijn zeer divers waardoor elke dag anders is en met elkaar zorg je ervoor dat de loonstroken weer op tijd klaar staan. En je manager
zorgt dat jij je kan blijven ontwikkelen door hier regelmatig over in gesprek te gaan en stil te staan bij jouw wensen.
Wie ben jij? Je hebt 2 jaar of meer werkervaring in de salarisadministratie, bij voorkeur met internationale klanten. En je bent goed op de hoogte van de nodige actuele wet- en regelgeving. Bij voorkeur in het bezit van je Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie. Zo niet dan is dat ook geen probleem, want je kunt deze via ons behalen. Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar en je bent bereid om minimaal 1 dag per week met je collega's op kantoor te werken. Volgende stap: Wil jij verder in de fascinerende wereld van Payroll?
