Per a una important empresa dedicada a la fabricació de peces i conjunts a partir de la injecció de termoplàstics, seleccionem un/a Project Manager el/la qual tindrà la missió d'oferir suport tècnic integral des de l'inici del projecte fins a la posada en funcionament de la peça, amb l'objectiu de garantir el compliment dels diferents projectes en termes de timings, cost, qualitat, etc.En dependència del/la Director/a Tècnic/a, les principals tasques i funcions del lloc de treball són:Gestió, coordinació i supervisió dels nous projectes de peces plàstiques.
Gestió integral del projecte des de l'adjudicació fins a la posada en producció.Desenvolupar les modificacions de producte dels clients: Millorar el disseny sobre la base de la factibilitat del procés, estudis de prioritat de risc, funció de qualitat o sol·licituds específiques del client, de qualitat i de medi ambient.
Buscar les solucions més fiables, econòmiques i ambientalment correctes per a satisfer les necessitats del client.Contacte amb el client per a la gestió i seguiment del projecte.Contacte amb proveïdors.Documentació (AMFE´s, PPAP,...).Persona proactiva, metòdica, amb capacitat de planificació, organització i lideratge de projectes de peces industrials (amb especial èmfasi en el sector Automoció).Competències tècniques: Interpretació de plànols, domini de software de disseny a nivell d'usuari (CAD 2D i 3D).Residència a Osona o comarques limítrofes o possibilitat de trasllat de la residència en la zona.Es valorarà positivament (no imprescindible) experiència mínima de 2 anys en la gestió de projectes d'automoció segons ISO IATF (Core Tools i AMFE), preferiblement en empresa de disseny i injecció tècnica de plàstic.Enginyeria Industrial, Enginyeria Mecànica, Enginyeria d'Automoció, Enginyeria Química i similars o experiència professional equivalent.Es valorarà positivament (no imprescindible): Màster en disseny de peces i motlles per a injecció de plàstic o Màster en Enginyeria d'Automoció.Anglès: Intermedi - avançat (nivell mínim: FCE (First Certificate in English), especialment pel que fa a conversa.Experiència anterior com a Project Manager en el sector industrial.Experiència en el sector automoció i/o injecció de plàstics.Domini de les Core Tools i AMFE.
