Sumérgete en un viaje que te llevará a trabajar en varios países y a formar parte de nuestra extensa familia global.Descubre algunos de los beneficios que ofrecemos:My MeliáRewards: Participa en nuestro programa de fidelidad exclusivo, disfrutando de beneficios y ventajas únicas.My MeliáBenefits: Aprovecha la compensación flexible y los descuentos exclusivos en una amplia variedad de productos y servicios, promoviendo un estilo de vida activo y saludable.Apoyar en la aplicación de la estrategia de Pricing a través de todos los sistemas y canales.Gestionar diariamente de Duetto RMS mediante la creación de las Pricing Rules necesarias para poner en práctica la estrategia del Hotel, también audita la precisión de los datos mostrados en la herramienta.Asegurar la adecuada gestión del inventario de los hoteles del portfolio garantizando que el inventario disponible a la venta refleja la realidad del hotel, sirviéndose de la estrategia de overbooking cuando sea necesario.Se asegura que todos los Hoteles aparecen de manera correcta en los diferentes canales de distribución, mostrando la paridad y el posicionamiento deseado (o la ausencia de paridad) reportando al equipo de Ventas los posibles fallos en contenido o las posibles mejoras del mismo.Liderar la gestión de canales, se asegura que la estrategia de pricing definida por segmento de mercado es puesta en práctica de manera correcta en cada plataforma.Configurar y dar seguimiento a las decisiones diarias de overbooking.Coordinar la carga de la participación definida para las promociones y campañas. Auditar que dicha carga es mostrada como consensuado en todos los canales de distribución.Es el responsable de la búsqueda de eventos en el destino que puedan influir en la demanda, estableciendo junto al equipo de ventas el "Calendario de eventos".Verificar que la Tarifa diaria está correctamente posicionada teniendo en cuenta los competidores, el pick up diario y los objetivos del hotel.Revisar y analizar la estrategia de pricing de los hoteles del compset y otras estructuras relevantes de acuerdo a las diferentes condiciones (Régimen, número de personas, tipo de tarifa…).Interactuar con el departamento de G&E para asegurarse de que se siguen las indicaciones de Pricing y la estrategia decidida por Revenue Management.Introducir el forecast semanal de manera adecuada en los plazos necesarios y en las plataformas internas definidas por MHI (DUETTO; IBR…).Ayudar en lo necesario en la creación de escenarios "What if" y análisis de desplazamiento de grupos.Responsable de la introducción del presupuesto anual en el sistema, garantizar la precisión de los datos introducidos, en los plazos establecidos
