The ideal candidate will excel at financial modeling, preparing materials for the Board of Directors, and developing sensitivity scenarios for C-level executives. This role will involve working on Job&Talent's global Business Plan as well as supporting opportunistic M&A transactions.Responsibilities Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-makingPrepare comprehensive financial presentations and reports for the Board of DirectorsAnalyze and create sensitivity scenarios to assist C-level executives in making informed decisionsCollaborate with senior leadership on the development and execution of the global Business PlanConduct financial due diligence and analysis for potential M&A transactionsProvide insights and recommendations based on financial data to drive business performance and strategic initiativesDemonstrated ability to take full responsibility for projects and outcomesExtensive experience with Excel financial modelingBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferredProven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecastingStrong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation methodologiesExperience preparing materials for senior executives and Board of DirectorsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailNice if you also have...
