En Sploro, una empresa dinámica con sede en Pamplona, estamos a la vanguardia del desarrollo del primer software de gestión de subvenciones europeas, Kronis. Buscamos un/a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) con experiencia en productos SaaS, capaz de liderar nuestro equipo técnico y guiar la estrategia tecnológica de la compañía. Si quieres ser parte del cambio en la gestión de financiación pública para I+D y liderar un producto que ya está siendo utilizado en toda la Unión Europea, este es tu lugarTareas Definir y liderar la estrategia tecnológica para el desarrollo y evolución del producto SaaS Kronis, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.Supervisar y coordinar los equipos de desarrollo internos y colaboradores externos, fomentando un ambiente de alta productividad y excelencia técnica.Tomar decisiones técnicas clave en cuanto a arquitectura, tecnología y metodologías de desarrollo, asegurando la escalabilidad, seguridad y eficiencia del producto.Gestionar los recursos tecnológicos y presupuestos del departamento, optimizando la asignación para maximizar el impacto y retorno de inversión.Identificar y mitigar riesgos tecnológicos y de desarrollo, proponiendo soluciones innovadoras para superar desafíos y barreras.Colaborar estrechamente con otras áreas estratégicas (Producto, Ventas, Marketing) para garantizar una integración fluida y alineación con las necesidades del mercado.Monitorear y analizar métricas de rendimiento del software, promoviendo mejoras continuas basadas en datos y retroalimentación de los usuarios.Liderar proyectos internacionales de I+D+i, explorando tecnologías emergentes como CI/CD, ciberseguridad, DLTs e inteligencia artificial, y su aplicación en el producto Kronis.Requisitos Imprescindible:Experiencia mínima de 5 años como senior de producto SaaS B2B o en un rol similar de liderazgo tecnológico en producto software.Amplios conocimientos en desarrollo de software y arquitectura de sistemas, con experiencia demostrada en React, HTML, CSS y Python.Experiencia con entornos de nube, preferentemente Amazon Web Services (AWS).Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y capacidad para implementarlas en equipos de desarrollo.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, capaces de motivar y guiar a equipos multidisciplinarios.Nivel avanzado de inglés (C1 o superior).Valorable:Experiencia previa como desarrollador en tecnologías mencionadas.Haber promovido proyectos personales, "side projects", en el ámbito de las nuevas tecnologías.Experiencia en proyectos europeos de I+D+i (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe...).Certificaciones en metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).Haber liderado equipos de desarrollo.Beneficios Contrato indefinido en una empresa joven en expansión
