We are looking for a Scientist for our Biologics Quality Control Department.
Under the supervision of the Department Manager, the Scientist will be responsible for the following duties:The design, supervision, and execution of quality control studies of Biological Products including chromatography and HPLC.Management of assigned projects, keeping deadlines, and establishing direct communication with clients.Technical document management associated with the studies (standard procedures, certificates of analysis, deviations, OOS's, CAPA's, etc.
).Direction and supervision of the experimental work of the technical staff in charge.Minimum requirements include:Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience with chromatography and HPLC methods.Experience in quality control in a Pharmaceutical Company and GMP environments is a must.Knowledge of electrophoretic techniques, Western-Blot and ELISAs, and Quality Control of Proteins will be a plus.Good command of English.If you join us, you will enjoy:Working in a dynamic company with a highly qualified growing team.Professional development and a collaborative environment with a culture of empowerment.Flexible working hours and an intensive schedule on Friday.Hybrid work, primarily in the office.Access to the employee benefits flexibility platform.23 vacation days per year plus the 24th and 31st of December.Fully stocked canteen and rooftop space (coffee, fruits, snacks, and beverages).Our headquarters are located in Cerdanyola del Vallés, an amazing place at the foothill of Collserola Park, the green lung of Barcelona, with our rooftop terrace.
