This position of Customer Service Specialist German Speaker will be in Barcelona as a hybrid role. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to : Being a close Business Partner with the Sales Organizations to fully support the Sales and Marketing strategies and the business growth.Team up with Order management and other functions to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction.Being a part and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance.The essential requirements of the job include : Provide support to a specified Sales Region in the closure of commercial agreements for Cepheid working in line with sales, order management to process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary.Responsible for creation and amendment of customer accounts, work with the Master Data Management teamFluent in German and English have a strong written and verbal communication skills.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :
