In collaboration we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Account Manager for their Málaga office.Location: Málaga, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salaryDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients with clear focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategyIdentify client needs with products and services and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagementProactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritising opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targetsConsistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities e.G. self-generated, client referrals, subsidiaries or sister companiesEnsuring premium value is delivered aligned with client's goals, delivering a positive customer experience and achieves customer advocacyUnderstanding client's opportunities, threats and risks to maintain and grow relationshipOperating effectively in a fast-paced evolving environmentREQUIREMENTS:Native level German and fluency in English written and spoken.Background working for/in the German MarketSelf-driven and results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goalsChallenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunitiesA natural forward planner who is highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales processAbility to work independently whilst also collaborating with team members to maximize individual and company performance.Exceptional communication skills – including German native language skills and fluency in English (spoken and written), ability to speak confidently with senior executives, capacity to influence decision-makersAbility to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each client's needs to drive results and identify new business opportunities Previous experience in a sales role would be a plusStrong negotiation skills and consultative sales skillsAbility to drive innovation and changeBENEFITS:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceFull-time contract: 39 hours/weekMonday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 Friday 08:30-16:00 incl. 30 min LunchGreat office location in Malaga.Friends hunting (referral) bonusFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesOpportunities for a career abroad through the International Mobility ProgramA dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
