Barcelona, Catalunya, ES DIGITAL GROWTH MANAGER - HOSPITALITY GROUP WHAT IS THIS DIGITAL GROWTH MANAGER ROLE ABOUT? We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager for a rapidly growing Spanish hospitality group.
The portfolio of this group is diversified into various attractive assets, making the work enjoyable.
The significant growth the group is experiencing both nationally and internationally requires us to seek a Digital Growth Manager, a key figure to support and elevate this growth through digital platforms.
The person joining the group on this adventure of taking the digital strategy to the next level will be part of the marketing department and report to the CMO.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? We are looking for a very proactive and resourceful person, as the role is very global. The position is called Digital Growth Manager because we need someone with significant experience, creativity, and analytical skills (we'll provide more details below).
Therefore, we need someone with solid experience in the digital sector who can take responsibility and guide the company comprehensively in its online growth.
From the company's HQ in Madrid, you will be responsible for:
• Briefing Creation : Developing the necessary briefings for the user acquisition agencies to properly execute the different projects.
• Digital Content : Coordinating, creating, and/or reviewing content for blogs, websites, and landing pages, improving the CRO and SEO strategy.
• CMS Management : Making changes and improvements to content in the CMS.
• Web Coordination : Coordinating with agencies for the creation of websites from scratch or improvements to existing ones.
• CRM Management : High capacity for CRM management, valuing knowledge of Salesforce or similar. Implementing the tool and supervising integrations with the IT team. Designing and managing the customer journey.
• Google Suite : Configuring and maintaining accounts within the Google suite (Google Analytics, Google ADS, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, etc. ), with extensive knowledge of GA4.
• Acquisition Campaigns : Coordinating the activation of acquisition campaigns according to the established budget across different performance channels.
• Performance Analysis : Monitoring the performance of campaigns based on defined objectives (clicks, reservations, CPA, etc. ). Developing and executing improvement proposals based on data.
• Funnel Optimization : Identifying gaps, bottlenecks, improving the conversion funnel, and maximizing results.
• SEO and Content : Expertise in SEO content writing, headings, titles, keyword research. Making changes and improvements to content in WordPress (expert level). Knowledge of the eMascarò content management system is valued.
• Email Marketing : Sending email marketing campaigns.
HOW WILL YOU KNOW YOU'RE A GOOD FIT FOR THE POSITION? We believe that to be a good fit for the role, you will need:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Digital Growth Manager.
• A degree or master's in Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field.
• A high level of Spanish and English. Additional languages are valued.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Experience in optimizing marketing campaigns: paid media, owned media, web    environments.
•  Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google ADS, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google My Business.
•  Knowledge of CRO and UX.
•  Experience in web projects from scratch is valued.
•  Used to working in a team, with great communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the hospitality sector is valued.
• Knowledge of the THN (The Hotels Network) tool is valued.
