Commercial Sales Representative – SEAQUAL STAPLE FIBER

SEAQUAL INITIATIVE is a global community working to combat marine plastic pollution by transforming marine litter into high-quality, sustainable materials. SEAQUAL FIBER is a premium recycled polyester fiber made from SEAQUAL Marine Plastic, helping brands and manufacturers create environmentally responsible products.

About the Role:

We seek a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to drive sales of SEAQUAL FIBER across various industries, including textiles, fashion, automotive, and home furnishings. This variable-based compensation role suits a motivated professional with strong business development skills and a passion for sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a strategic sales plan to expand SEAQUAL FIBER's market presence.
  2. Identify and engage potential customers, including brands, manufacturers, and distributors.
  3. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO DRIVE REPEAT BUSINESS AND LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS.
  4. PROMOTE SEAQUAL FIBER'S BENEFITS, EMPHASIZING SUSTAINABILITY AND INNOVATION.
  5. MULTI-SKILLED SALES PROFESSIONAL WHO MONITORS MARKET TRENDS, COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES, AND CUSTOMER NEEDS.
  6. WORK CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND ALIGNMENT WITH BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
  7. REPORT ON SALES PERFORMANCE, PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT, AND MARKET INSIGHTS.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN SALES, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, OR A RELATED COMMERCIAL ROLE WITHIN THE TEXTILE, FASHION, OR SUSTAINABILITY SECTOR.
  2. STRONG NETWORK WITHIN THE TEXTILE AND MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES.
  3. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND PRESENTATION SKILLS.
  4. AUTO-MOTIVATED WITH A RESULTS-DRIVEN MINDSET.
  5. ABILITIES TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND MANAGE MULTIPLE SALES CYCLES SIMULTANEOUSLY.
  6. PASSION FOR SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES.

Compensation:

VARIABLE-BASED COMPENSATION STRUCTURE LINKED TO SALES PERFORMANCE.
