Headquartered in Poland, Breslau, Baselinker has 8 independently-run teams across the globe (Brazil, Czech Republic, Romania, India, UK, USA, DACH, India). Currently, we are experiencing exponential growth and are scaling globally. We have made a few acquisitions, set up new businesses, and grown the team significantly (team size 10x growth in the last 3 years) - already exceeding 230 professionals. We are seeking an exceptional professional with relevant experience who is passionate about eCommerce and entrepreneurship. The new Head of Spain / Portugal will join the Executive Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role heading into the next growth phase. A successful candidate will build out the sales team, oversee growth initiatives, and operational improvements within the market. Experience 6+ years of professional experience relevant experience in eCommerce in the region (marketplaces, eShops, eCommerce SaaS Solutions, Fulfillment providers, shipping automation companies, etc.) great understanding of market conditions and industry trends entrepreneurial mindset and great organizational skills strong leadership skills to help guide market leaders and teams to achieve their business goals excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Spanish, knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus) comfort with customer relationship management team player with a passion for learning flexible, professional, accurate, and structured outgoing, friendly, and fun to be around Tasks scale-up Baselinker commercial activity in the region build and manage a high-performing local team (support, business development & optionally tech) drive Business Development Initiatives (local markets partnerships, paid media, email campaigns) work cross-functionally with a global tech team to elevate the product plan and execute business operations (own region P&L) develop and execute strategies and annual work plans for the local team manage local markets relationships with key companies from the e-commerce ecosystem Being the face of BaseLinker in the region Our offer own product - we decide how we want to develop joining an organization in a phase of rapid development we value independence we work 100% remotely we prioritize long-term cooperation attractive base salary and performance-based bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
