We are bold thinkers and standout innovators who motivate each other to explore new frontiers in an environment that supports and inspires us to always be better.Role OverviewELL Accelerator is a product innovation team responsible for creating the next generation of language learning and language assessment technologies, using emerging technologies such as generative AI, ML, AR, and VR. The team works in quick-paced sprints, building and testing multiple prototypes for new language learning and assessment use cases.We're looking for a forward-thinking technical PM with experience building different ML-powered features or products, as part of an AI team.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify areas of language learning and assessment where AI could enable a completely new experience.Work with UX/UI designers and researchers to conduct quick discovery to narrow down the use case to the most important user problems and create rapid prototypes of the AI-powered idea.Work with an Engineer to create technical proofs of concepts that demonstrate the functionality of the product/feature.Prepare business and technical documentation describing the use case of the product to be built.Conduct ongoing competitor testing, market and user research.Be the squad lead, ensuring the members of the squad are in alignment and work in sync.Regularly share learning from discovery research and from technical POCs.Work directly with UX/UI designers, ML engineers, AI scientists, and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment.Minimum QualificationsPassion for leveraging emerging technologies to create innovative products.5+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years with ML-powered features/products.Proven experience launching 0-to-1 products and coordinating GTM strategies.Hands-on experience deploying ML-powered features, from ideation to iteration.Strong collaboration with UX/UI designers on design feedback and fidelity.Expertise in AI technologies, architectures, and navigating ML trade-offs.Proficiency in prototyping with no-code/low-code or AI tools.Deep knowledge in areas such as conversational AI, generative AI, or API product management.Familiarity with tool integrations, automations, SDKs, and cloud services.Demonstrated success with R&D projects or early-stage product innovation.Ability to simplify complexity and operate in ambiguity.Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience in EdTech or building learning applications.Background in assessments, including formative or embedded assessments.Prior API Product Management experience with use cases, documentation, and integrations.Familiarity with user testing platforms.Experience with early-stage startups, innovation labs, or testing new products/features
