No other vendor presents a Global Solution.Red-on-line offers an all-in-one support solution for management systems (software, expertise, content) in EHS in more than 85 countries.Used by more than 2,000 leading organizations, our services enable EHS professionals and certified companies (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) to manage all their issues through a complete and multilingual online platform (regulatory monitoring, risk analysis, audits, incident monitoring, action plan, etc.).With several teams working together (legal, marketing, product, sales and EHS Specialists), Red-on-line evolves in an international context to offer solutions adapted to its clients.Key task and responsibilities:As a key member of the EHS Specialist, you will work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.Your tasks are as follows:Identify and update the applicable legal requirements and obligations regarding HSE in Mexico, Uruguay, Colombia, Costa Rica, Argentina, Guatemala, Chile, Peru, Bolivia , Honduras, Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua (scope: National, State, and Autonomous Communities).Identify legal requirements and obligations "in situ": on site, factory, or other customer facilities.Write summaries on applicable legislation (Newsletter).Update legal records of rulemaking.Evaluation of legal compliance regarding: Health, Safety and Environment.Prepare / write audit reports on legal compliance with HSE.Provide support and legal assistance in HSE (sectors: automotive, construction, engineering, chemical industry, etc.).About you:The role of the EHS Specialist within the Infopro Digital group is for you if:You have preferably graduated or hold a degree in Law, Environmental Sciences, Environmental, Industrial/Civil Engineering, or Chemistry.You ideally have postgraduate studies such as a Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention, Industrial Safety, or Environmental Law.
